Add corrected versions clearly
Once the comments have been processed, you add the updated PDF as a new version of the existing design. The previous version remains available within the version history and the client can review the new version again. This makes it clear which version is current and helps prevent older PDF files from previous emails from finding their way back into the review process.
From PDF review to final approval
Once all requested changes have been completed, the client can approve the design. This gives the review a clear endpoint.
