Application
These terms apply to the use of Prooover and every subscription purchased through Prooover.com.
Service
Prooover provides an online environment for presenting designs, collecting feedback and recording approval. Subscribers remain responsible for their content, files, client data and shared links.
Subscription and payment
Displayed prices are monthly prices excluding VAT. Billing takes place annually. A promotional first subscription period may be longer than twelve months. The subscription subsequently renews for twelve months unless cancelled on time.
Referral programme
A subscriber with an active paid subscription receives one free subscription month when a new subscriber enters the correct account email address during checkout and successfully completes the first payment. The month is granted once per new paying subscriber. Self-referrals and misuse are excluded.
Availability
Prooover makes reasonable efforts to keep the service available and secure. Maintenance, supplier outages and force majeure may temporarily affect availability.
Use
The service may not be abused, its security circumvented, harmful files uploaded or third-party rights infringed.
Data and termination
Subscribers can change or cancel their subscription from the client environment. Access remains available until the end of the paid period. Export any data you wish to retain before final account closure.
Liability
Prooover is not liable for indirect or consequential loss or damage caused by incorrect use. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the service during the preceding twelve months.
