Data we process
When ordering and using Prooover we process details including your name, company, contact and billing information, account details, technical logs and information you enter into Prooover. When the referral programme is used, we also process the submitted account email address of the referrer.
Purpose
We need this information to perform the agreement, process payments and invoices, grant referral rewards, secure accounts, provide support and improve the service.
Processors
Specialised providers may be used for payments, invoicing, email and hosting. They only receive the data required for their task.
Retention
Administrative records are retained for as long as required for administration. Account and project information is retained while the subscription is active or while reasonably required for handling and security.
Your clients
Subscribers are responsible for personal data they enter about their own clients and contacts. Prooover processes this data on behalf of the subscriber.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data by emailing check@prooover.com. Identity verification may be required.
Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational safeguards, including encrypted connections, access controls and tenant isolation.
