Connect new versions to the existing design
An updated version is not a new design, but the next step in the same process. That is why a new version in Prooover is added to the design it belongs to. The design keeps its position within the Prooover Set while the different versions form a clear history. This prevents the set from becoming longer and more confusing after every correction round because updated designs are being added as separate items.
View previous versions whenever you need them
A previous version may still be useful, for example when checking what changed during a correction round or referring back to earlier feedback. Previous design versions therefore remain available within Prooover. You can return to the version history without searching through old folders or email attachments, while it remains clear which version is currently being presented for review.
From the first version to the final design
Version control supports the complete process from initial presentation to approval. A client reviews a design, provides feedback and then receives the updated version within the same environment. This process can be repeated for as many correction rounds as necessary. Once the latest version meets the client’s expectations, it can be approved, making it clear which version was ultimately accepted as final.
