Share large numbers of designs with clients
Keep extensive projects organised
Some assignments contain more than just two or three designs. They may include a complete campaign, multiple advertisements, packaging designs, publication pages or other graphic materials. Sending all these files separately makes it difficult for both designer and client to maintain an overview. With Prooover, you collect the designs in a Prooover Set and present them from one central environment.
Give every design its own review
Even within a large set, every design remains individually reviewable. Comments and markers are connected to the correct item and clients can indicate what still needs to be changed per design. Feedback therefore remains structured even when many different designs are being reviewed at the same time.
Manage corrections without sharing the entire set again
When only a few designs need to be changed, there is no need to resend the complete project. New versions are added to the relevant designs while the rest of the set remains unchanged. This allows you to maintain one central project environment throughout all correction rounds without repeatedly distributing the same collection of files.
Work systematically towards a completed project
Designs can be reviewed and approved individually. As the project progresses, it becomes increasingly clear which items are complete and which still require attention. Once all required designs have been approved, the entire set can be completed with final project approval.
