Share design files without email attachments
Stop sending designs as attachments
Sending a design as an email attachment seems simple, but every correction round creates another file. Before long, different versions are spread across multiple inboxes and local folders. With Prooover, you place the design in a central review environment and send your client only the link they need to view the work.
Keep feedback out of separate email responses
Clients do not need to reply by email with a list of changes. Feedback can be placed directly alongside the design and markers can indicate exactly where a correction is required. The response stays connected to the creative work and you do not need to compare several messages with the file to understand what needs to be changed.
Add new versions instead of new attachments
When a design is updated, you add the new version to the existing design. The client uses the same review environment to view the latest version. Previous versions remain available as part of the version history without continuing to circulate as separate attachments through different inboxes.
Keep sharing until the design is final
The same environment remains available throughout the complete process. New versions can be reviewed, additional feedback can be provided and the final version can ultimately be approved. File sharing becomes part of one connected review process.
