Send print proofs to clients online
Share a print proof with one clear link
Sending a print proof to a client as a PDF is quick, but the process becomes less organised once multiple files or correction rounds are involved. With Prooover, you place designs in an online review environment and send your client one link. From there, they can see which designs are ready to be checked without having to download and manage a collection of separate attachments.
Give clients a clear review environment
A print proof needs to be checked carefully. It is therefore important that clients know exactly which design they are reviewing and can provide feedback easily. In Prooover, comments are connected directly to the relevant design. Clients can also use markers to indicate exactly which element needs to be changed, making corrections much more specific.
Share changes without new attachments
Once you have made the requested corrections, there is no need to send another email containing yet another attachment. Simply add the updated design as a new version of the existing item. Your client returns to the same review environment and can check the changes. Previous versions remain available, preserving the history of the print proof.
From first proof to approval
The process can be repeated until every element is correct. Once the client is satisfied, the final version can be approved. The complete journey from the first print proof through feedback and corrections to final approval remains within the same online environment.
