Review multiple designs at once
Review complete creative projects
A design review often involves more than a single design. A campaign may contain several assets, a visual identity can include multiple applications and a publication may consist of a complete series of pages or spreads. With Prooover, you bundle the different designs into one Prooover Set and present the complete project to everyone involved through a single review link.
Keep feedback organised per design
Although the designs are presented together, each item remains individually reviewable. Comments and markers are connected to the relevant design. This means you can collect feedback on a poster, advertisement and banner at the same time without responses on the different items becoming mixed together.
Let every design follow its own process
Not every item requires the same number of correction rounds. Some designs may be approved quickly while others need several new versions. In Prooover, each design has its own version history and review process while remaining part of the same set. This gives you a clear overview of both the individual designs and the complete project.
Work towards approval of the complete project
As individual designs are completed, it becomes increasingly clear which parts of the project still require attention. Designs can be approved separately and once all required items are complete, the entire Prooover Set can receive final project approval.
