Online design review with clients
Give clients a clear way to participate
Involving clients in the design process does not have to mean constantly sending files back and forth by email. With Prooover, clients get access to an online environment where designs are ready for review. Through one review link, they can view the creative work and provide feedback without downloading different files or creating separate correction lists.
Let clients point out exactly what they mean
Clients may know perfectly well that they want something changed but find it difficult to describe exactly where the change is needed. With markers, they can point directly to an element of the design and connect a comment to it. This makes feedback more specific and reduces the need for designers to ask additional questions to understand what the client means.
Involve multiple client contacts in the review
Some designs are reviewed by one client, while other projects require input from several people. With Prooover, different client contacts can participate in the same design review. Their comments remain collected alongside the designs, so feedback from marketing, communications and management does not have to be combined manually from different emails afterwards.
Keep the complete review cycle together
Once comments have been processed, a new version of the design can be added. The client can review it again, provide additional feedback or approve the design. The entire review cycle, from the first presentation to final approval, therefore remains available within the same environment.
