Move faster from first design to final approval
Remove unnecessary steps from the review process
A design project does not only take time because of the creative work itself. Waiting for responses, collecting feedback, determining which version someone means and sending new files can add significant delays. With Prooover, the review is organised from one central environment. Clients get a clear place to view designs and provide feedback, reducing the time spent managing the process around the design.
Make feedback immediately useful
The clearer the feedback, the faster the next version can be created. In Prooover, comments are placed directly alongside the design and clients can use markers to indicate where a change is needed. Fewer follow-up questions are required and you can quickly determine which corrections need to be made.
Present corrections without starting again
Once changes have been made, you add a new version to the existing design. There is no need to create a new review process or send another collection of separate files. The client returns to the same environment, checks the updated version and can immediately respond again or give approval.
Keep the route to approval short and clear
By allowing each step to follow logically from the previous one, you create an efficient process. Presenting the design, receiving feedback, making corrections, reviewing the new version and giving approval become one connected workflow. Speed comes from removing unnecessary actions around the review, not from reviewing less carefully.
