Keep design versions and approval together
Make sure approval always relates to the correct version
A design may go through several correction rounds before it is approved. Simply knowing that a client gave approval is therefore not enough. You also want it to be clear which version was actually reviewed. With Prooover, new versions remain connected to the same design, allowing the complete process to be managed from one central version history.
Keep previous versions as part of the process
When a new version is added, previous versions do not simply disappear from the project. They remain available within the version history. This makes it possible to return to earlier designs and see how the work developed throughout the review process.
Have the current version reviewed again
After every correction round, the updated design can be reviewed again from the same environment. The client does not need to search for separate files and can check whether the requested changes have been implemented correctly. Another version can be added if necessary until the design is ready for approval.
Complete the version history with approval
The final version ultimately becomes the endpoint of the version history. Once the client is satisfied, this version can be approved. Approval therefore remains logically connected to the design process that came before it.
