Get multiple PDF designs approved at once
Bundle different PDF designs into one set
A project often consists of several files that need to be reviewed together. These might include different advertisements, brochures, posters, packaging designs or other graphic materials. Instead of sending every PDF separately to your client, Prooover lets you bring the designs together in one Prooover Set. The client receives a single link giving them access to all the items that are ready for review.
Keep each design review separate
Although the PDFs are presented together, each design remains an individual part of the review. Feedback and markers are connected to the relevant design. This makes it clear which corrections belong to which item and allows your client to approve one design while another still requires changes.
Manage versions separately within the same set
Version history also remains organised per design. If one of the PDFs needs to be updated, you only add a new version to that particular design. The other items do not need to be uploaded or presented again. Each design can therefore follow its own correction process while the complete project stays together within the same Prooover Set.
Work towards approval of the complete project
By reviewing individual designs within one set, it remains clear which items are complete and which still require attention. Once all required PDFs have been checked and approved, the complete assignment can be finalised with clear project approval.
