Design review without separate emails and files
Move design review out of the inbox
Sending a design as an email attachment works until several people respond and multiple correction rounds begin. Before long, comments are spread across different messages and several versions of the same file exist. With Prooover, you move the actual design review into one central online environment. Share one link and keep designs, feedback and versions together.
Collect feedback where the design is displayed
Instead of collecting corrections from emails, reviewers can leave their comments directly alongside the design. Markers make it clear which element they mean. This keeps every response in context and removes the need to create a separate document containing all corrections before the next design version can be created.
Add new versions without creating more file chaos
After processing the feedback, you add the updated design to the existing item. Reviewers return to the same environment and can view the new version there. Previous versions remain available, preserving the version history without different files continuing to circulate through multiple inboxes.
Keep the review central until approval
The online environment remains the same throughout the entire process. From initial presentation and feedback to new versions and final approval, everything stays organised around the same design. This creates a consistent review workflow that does not need to be rebuilt for every correction round.
